We are seeking a dynamic and young Business Analyst to join our tech product company.
This position is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Business Analysis (BA) or a related field, particularly in Travel Technology or Hotel Booking.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst at TaDiDi JSC, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

Documentation and Technical Translation: Transform requirements and technical documents into a format that the technical team can use for implementation. Create clear and concise documentation that outlines system specifications and requirements.
Project Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and keep all relevant parties informed. Ensure that the project stays on track and meets its milestones.
UAT Support: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working closely with users to ensure the system meets their requirements.
Industry Research: Conduct research in the industry to stay updated with current trends, technologies, and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collect, categorize and analyze requirements from customers and relevant partners. Understand and document the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
System Logic Presentation: Provide guidance and present the logical structure of the system to both technical and non- technical stakeholders. Explain how the system works and how it aligns with the business requirements.
Document and communicate feedback to the development team for necessary improvements.

Job Requirements:
This role requires candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

Demonstrated passion and a genuine interest in the field of IT Business Analysis with minimum of 1 year of experience.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in Travel Business fields or a product company is a plus.
Degree in Information Technology (IT).
Experience in the travel domain is considered a plus.

SHUI & PIT based on full paid salary.
