Business Analyst

Continuous Improvement

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Bi, QlikView) that communicate complex data in a clear and concise format for various stakeholders across the organization, including delivery of financial weekly/monthly/annual reports to all appropriate parties.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create performance metrics (KPIs) to track progress towards business goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular and ad- hoc reporting to support decision- making processes.

Data Governance

- Develop and document current state and processing flows.
- Knowledgeable in regards to front to back investment banking infrastructure is a plus.
- Assisting Finance & Accounting teams in providing research and training to users for effective use of Finance applications.
- Liaise with software vendor /IT developers to communicate data sourcing requirements and current/future state architecture.
- Design and develop digital solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all data solutions.

Performance Monitoring

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions.
- Work closely with business users to understand their data and reporting needs.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on how to use data tools.

Data & Process Support

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data tools and data sources.
- Monitor the performance of digital solutions and optimize them for efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Reporting

- Document data processes, data models, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Stay up- to- date with the latest data tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Participate in data- related projects and initiatives to enhance the company&039;s data capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for improving data processes and solutions.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.- Professional certification in BI or data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.

Experience

- Experience in analyzing data to draw business- relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power DATA, QlikView...,).
- 5- 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.

Skills

- Extensive experience with data visualization.
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 (Upper- Intermediate).
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
