JOB OVERVIEW
• As a Business Analyst in the banking domain, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, supporting the development team, and ensuring successful delivery of banking solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with product owners and clients to gather and clarify business requirements.
• Maintain traceability of all project requirements for audit and change management.
• Investigate and resolve issues raised by users or stakeholders.
• Analyze current systems and propose enhancements or new features aligned with business goals.
• Support development and QA teams throughout implementation and testing phases.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of requirements.
• Document functional and non- functional requirements, business flows, rules, and user manuals.
Business Analysis Responsibilities
• Support change management and project coordination across phases.
• Draft and revise process documentation and KOPs; facilitate stakeholder approvals.
• Participate in performance measurement and baseline exercises.
• Identify risks, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to review functional specifications and ensure completeness.
• Validate business cases and prioritization against technology roadmap.
