Branding Officer

Content Collection & Production:
Capture photos and videos of daily activities, employee stories, and safety–culture moments across facilities (workshops and offices).
Edit photos/videos for social media, website, and internal screens.

Social Media Operations:
Manage comment filters to ensure positive engagement and brand alignment.
Respond to basic candidate messages following approved guidelines and scripts.
Schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn and job portals.
Coordinate with Employer Branding Specialist to ensure content accuracy and consistency.

Brand Asset Management:
Maintain and preserve photography/videography equipment.
Organize and update the digital library (photos/ videos/ designs) with proper tagging and classification.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, data privacy, and image usage policies.

Event & Recruitment Support:
Manage event materials, including brochures, standees, gifts, and registration forms.
Coordinate logistics for Job Fairs, Career Days, Factory Tours, and community outreach events.
Willing to support events outside regular working hours or on weekends when required.
Support collection of candidate data during events.

Reporting & Data:
Maintain tracking files to support monthly and quarterly reporting for the Specialist.
Track basic metrics: number of posts, reach, engagement, inbox inquiries, and event registration data.

Internal Coordination:
Coordinate closely with Recruitment, Administration, and HSE teams to execute employer branding and recruitment events.

Education: College or University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 02 years’ experience in event coordination, communications, social media management, or basic content production.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and time management skills, proactive attitude; basic photo and video editing skills are mandatory.
High sense of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and full respect for safety regulations and information confidentiality.
Willing and able to work in industrial/production environments for filming and photography activities.
