YOUR ROLE
● Organize and supervise communication campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital) to meet objectives and KPIs.
● Develop and implement short- term and mid- term Marketing & Sales strategies for the brand.
● Monitor brand health metrics, analyze performance, and propose improvements.
● Manage the Marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending and profit growth.
● Manage the team, provide training, and coordinate with content production teams and KOLs/KOCs.
● Perform other tasks as assigned by management and participate in organizing brand- related activities.
● Create periodic brand development plans or plans for expansion into new markets/channels.
● Establish and maintain relationships with partners and marketing service providers.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Proficient in brand building, communications, and analyzing sales and market data.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
● Strong understanding of customer behavior, with analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
● At least 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager and managing a team of 6 or more people in a marketing agency.
● Knowing how to play billiards is a plus, but what truly matters is understanding customers and the product.
● Good English skills: able to read and understand specialized documents, work via email, and communicate with international partners.
● Able to work closely with the sales, operations, and related departments.
