Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Concept Development (Core Priority)
- Brand Stewardship: Define, evolve, and uphold the "Brand Communication Guidelines."
Ensure a consistent, premium voice and worldview across every customer touchpoint.
- Strategic Launch & Campaign Planning:

- Integrated Management (Design & Content): Oversee both the Graphic Design and
Content teams. Ensure all outputs (images, videos, layouts, logos, and copy) align with
brand guidelines, maintaining high aesthetic standards and strategic intent.
- Art Direction: Provide clear, inspiring direction for sales requests and internal initiatives.
Empower senior staff to disseminate this vision throughout the team.
- Team Building & Mentoring:
Manage performance and professional development for design and content
members.
Set KPIs that balance "Creativity" with "Efficiency" and provide constructive
feedback.
Act as a mentor to support the team’s professional growth and well- being.
Marketing Operations & Innovation (Collaboration & Oversight)
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Team and Brand Manager to lead the
creative direction for:
KOL & UGC Strategy: Identifying influencers who elevate brand equity and
brand story.
CSR Branding: Crafting compelling narratives for CSR activities that enhance the
designing frameworks for high- quality User Generated Content (UGC).
- Media & Community Leadership: Oversee the creative quality across multi- platform social
media, digital publications, email newsletters, and community engagement.
- External Partners & AI Innovation:
AI Implementation: Proactively integrate Generative AI tools into the workflow to
top- tier quality.

Select and manage freelancers and production agencies (video/photo) to ensure

- Art Direction: A refined eye for aesthetics and the ability to evaluate and guide creative
work effectively.
