Brand Strategy Development & Execution
Define brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Develop and update brand guidelines and identity standards
Develop and execute brand communication strategies aligned with company vision and business objectives.
Monitor industry trends and ensuring the company’s brand image aligns with its values and objectives
Integrated Marketing Campaign Management
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans combining ATL, BTL activities.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance evaluation.
Overseeing public relations efforts.
Content & Communication Channel Management
Responsibilities include crafting and delivering compelling messages, driving brand awareness.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to streamline strategic communications.
Manage internal and external communication channels.
Monitor content performance metrics and propose improvement initiatives to enhance communication impact.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Use insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Track performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Define KPIs for ATL, BTL, and Branding activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge & qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field Proficiency in relevant marketing and communication tools.
Skills:
Expertise in Brand Management and Integrated Marketing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong communication and Strategic Communications.
Strong leadership and collaboration abilities with cross- functional teams.
Experience in Public Relations and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent problem- solving and organizational skills.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or related roles.
Experience in B2C marketing in agro industries
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., DMS, FFS, Track & Trace,…..).
Familiarity with paid media campaigns and influencer marketing.
