Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update training records, learning databases, and employee training files accurately.
Participate in HR projects, sustainability initiatives, and company events assigned by the department.
Support the Learning & Development team in organizing and coordinating training programs and activities.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with company policies.
Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the Learning & Development Manager.
Monitor training attendance and collect training feedback for evaluation purposes.
Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new associates.
Support the preparation of monthly training calendars and internal communication related to learning activities.
Assist in setting up training venues, equipment, and learning materials before each session.
Coordinate training schedules and communicate training arrangements with associates and department heads.
Support coordination with external trainers, training vendors, and educational institutions when required.
Help track mandatory training completion and remind associates of pending training requirements.
Support employee engagement and wellbeing activities organized by the HR and L&D team.
Assist in preparing training materials, attendance records, certificates, and training reports.
Assist in creating training presentations, posters, and learning communication materials.

Requirements:
Well- organized with attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
