Backend Tech Lead (NodeJS/NestJS)

Core Development & Architecture
- Lead the development and upgrade of features for active projects using a stack including JAVASCRIPT, PYTHON, and GOLANG/RUST (Optional)
- Performance Optimization: Utilize Rust (optional but highly valued)
- Architect and build scalable systems (CRM, HRM, CMS, Workforce) using NODEJS ecosystems
System Integration & APIs
- Design and interact with APIs to serve FRONTEND, MOBILE, or ANALYTICS teams
- Enterprise Integration: Lead the integration and data synchronization with external enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, and other third- party services.
- Report data related to projects directly serving the Analytics team
Leadership & Management
- Conduct performance reviews for the team 2 times per year
- Directly report to the CEO

Experience & Education
- 3- 4+ years of experience in a similar position (Senior/Lead level)
- Graduated with majors related to Information Technology, Software Engineering, etc.
Essential Technical Skills
- NodeJS Mastery: Deep understanding of NODEJS, SQL / NO- SQL
- Frameworks:
Strong experience with NestJS (Modules, Guards, Interceptors) for Enterprise architecture.
Proficient in EXPRESS JS, KOA
- Concurrency: Knowledge of QUEUE and Multi- threading processing. Experience with BullMQ or Bull
- Database:
Proficiency with ORMs like TypeORM, Prisma, or SQLAlchemy (Python).
Experience with POSTGRESQL, MARIADB, MONGODB, REDIS, FIREBASE
- Languages:
Knowledge of Python (FastAPI, Pandas) for data/AI integration.
Knowledge of Rust (Tokio, Axum) is a major plus.
Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Tools & DevOps & SecOps:
Knowledge about : SNYK, BLACKDUCK, Claude, Gemini, AntiGravity
Mindset
Cloud Native: Nice to have skills in DOCKER and KUBERNETES (K8S) for microservices deployment
Experience with GITLAB, AZURE DEVOPS, GITHUB, JIRA, REDMINE
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Capable of designing data structures
- Open mindset towards Micro Services, Big Data structures, BLOCKCHAIN
