BACKEND DEVELOPER

Backend:

Build and expose robust APIs (RESTful / GraphQL) for web and mobile clients; ensure backward compatibility and clear versioning.
Analyze high- level requirements and translate them into technical designs and deliverable tasks.
Follow secured coding practices and participate in code reviews.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in backend development practices and lead implementation of scalable, maintainable backend systems.
Implement and maintain automated tests (unit & integration), CI/CD pipelines and deployment scripts.
Produce clean, testable code and maintain high standards for code quality, observability and documentation.
Mentor developers, promote best coding practices, and foster collaborative team culture.
Troubleshoot functional, performance and reliability issues, conduct performance profiling and optimization.

Must- haves

Strong analytical skills.
Command a strong understanding of SOLID principles.
Experience with version control (Git) and unit testing frameworks (e.g. xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest).
Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and collaborate in agile teams.
Practical experience with containerization and deployment (Docker); familiarity with CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Solid experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and at least one NoSQL system (Redis, MongoDB, etc.)
Proficiency in English (reading/writing).
Strong debugging and problem- solving skills.
Strong expertise in C and .NET including asynchronous programming, TPL, LINQ, lambda expressions and threading concepts.
At least 3+ years professional backend development experience (Senior/Lead: 10+ years preferred).

Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Vue/Ember/React), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Kubernetes, Terraform, OAuth2/JWT.
