B2B Sales Executive (Office Furniture)

Join us as a B2B Sales Executive (Office Furniture) to build strong relationships with corporate clients, deliver tailored workspace solutions, and drive business growth through strategic sales in the office furniture market.
(1) Objective
(2) Job Responsibility:
• Analyze customer needs and benchmark against competitors
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer consultations
• Coordinate lead times and production schedules with factories in Dong Nai (Vietnam) and Korea
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis
• Promote and sell office furniture to Korean, foreign- invested, and local companies in Vietnam
• Build partnerships with large and mid- sized interior design firms through product presentations
• Assist customers with showroom visits and product experience
• Monitor trends in Vietnam&039;s office furniture market
• Showroom Support
• Support marketing events and seminars held at the showroom
• Identify new project opportunities and provide customized proposals based on client needs
• Prepare project proposals and deliver sales presentations
• Project Proposals and Delivery Coordination

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (intermediate to advanced level)
• Majors in Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Design
• Korean language proficiency is a plus (for collaboration with HQ in Korea)
• Eligible to work in Vietnam
• Driver’s license preferred
• Able to obtain a visa for business travel to Korea
(b) EXPERIENCE :
• Knowledge of office furniture or interior design
• Previous experience at a local subsidiary or multinational company in Vietnam
• Sales experience in B2B, interior design, construction, or furniture industries
(c) SKILLS:
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level or above)
• Skilled in CAD, PowerPoint, Excel for business documentation and proposals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
