Provide guests with information regarding resort services, facilities, operating hours, and general inquiries
Perform wake- up calls and monitor special guest requests
Handle emergency calls and follow resort safety and security procedures
Maintain call logs, records, and shift reports as required
Answer, screen, and transfer internal and external calls promptly and accurately
Ensure professional telephone etiquette, tone, and service quality in accordance with Marriott brand standards
Receive and relay guest requests to relevant departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa, etc.)

Language Skills: English (required); a second foreign language is an advantage
Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
Related Work Experience: No related work experience required
