• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments;
• Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Department Heads and other inter- departmental secretaries as appropriate;
• Support colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect;
• Manages spring cleaning schedules;
• Make recommendations to the General Manager or designate regarding the upkeep of the furnishings, facilities, and equipment are clean and in good repair;
• Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive- linking up departments to create sense of one team;
• Establishes and maintains effective human relations and works with human resources to ensure that the team members’ performance is effectively managed;
• Informs other department of Housekeeping matters that concern them, particularly the Laundry Department, Engineering Department, Front Office, and the Food and Beverage;
• Maintains appropriate standards for dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture, and conduct of housekeeping personnel;
• Conducts regular department meetings;
• Schedule routine inspections of all housekeeping areas by/with Housekeeping Manager;
• Recommend or initiate any HR related actions where needed;
• Oversees laundry operations;
Financial/ Tài chính
• Maintain proper inventory levels managing cost per room for supplies and labour;
Guest Experience/ Trải nghiệm Khách hàng
• Monitors Housekeeping personnel to ensure all guests and internal customers receive prompt and courteous service;
• Monitors housekeeping colleague to ensure all guests and internal customers receive prompt and courteous service.
• Carry out special requests from guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and club members;
• Inspects guest and public areas on a regular basis to ensure the furnishings, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair;
• Identifies and ensures highest possible standard of cleanliness, maintenance, guest room supplies, and amenities at a realistic cost.
Responsible Business/ Trách nhiệm Kinh doanh
• Be responsible in keeping the property safe and secure, to participate in any resort activities related to Fire Life safety;
• Implements and controls Housekeeping procedures that provide for the health and safety of personnel and guests, such as lost and found service, key control, security and emergency procedures and environmental procedures;
• Perform other ad- hoc duties – unexpected moments which may be assigned by management when we have to pull together to get a task done.
Yêu cầu công việc
Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office và hệ thống quản lý khách sạn
Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt
Ưu tiên ứng viên có bằng Cao đẳng hoặc Chứng chỉ nghề chuyên ngành liên quan.
Yêu cầu 2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan hoặc sự kết hợp tương đương giữa trình độ học vấn và kinh nghiệm làm việc.
Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm.
