MAIN DUTIES:
• Requires strong analytical capabilities, system fluency, and a collaborative mindset to drive commercial performance and elevate the guest experience.
• Directly report to the Director of Revenue.
REVENUE STRATEGY & EXECUTION
• Ensure rate integrity and alignment with brand positioning and guest value perception.
• Monitor booking pace, demand trends, and market conditions to inform tactical pricing and inventory decisions.
• Support dynamic pricing strategies across all segments, including Rooms, F&B, Spa, and ancillary services, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and guest value perception.
• Track and review non- room revenue performance through monthly reports and dashboards, identifying opportunities for pricing, packaging, and promotional enhancements.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling to maximize total revenue, RevPAR and GOP.
INVENTORY & DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT
• Oversee daily inventory controls and channel optimization to balance profitability and occupancy.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and E- commerce teams to ensure accurate execution of revenue strategies and optimize booking funnel performance.
• Ensure system accuracy and availability across all platforms, supporting tactical decisions and maintaining rate integrity.
• Monitor channel mix, cost of acquisition, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improving distribution efficiency and guest booking experience.
• Manage rate loading, restrictions, and availability across CRS, RMS, and OTA platforms.
SYSTEMS & DATA ANALYTICS
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and consistency across all revenue platforms.
• Utilize RMS (e.g., IDeaS), CRS, TARS, F&B platforms (e.g., SerVme),and BI tools to analyse performance trends.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly revenue reports with actionable insights
COSS- FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
• Participate in Revenue Strategy Meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams to align on promotions, segmentation, and business mix.
• Act as a liaison between operational departments and commercial leadership to ensure cohesive execution.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members and promoting a revenue- focused culture.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• 1- 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in RMS (e.g., IDeaS), CRS and BI platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms, channel management, and rate parity practices.

REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION
It is a company policy that the Assistant Manager of Revenue may be sent for a temporary assignment within Vietnam or abroad to a sister hotel or Revenue- related establishment.

• All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
