PURPOSE:
In charge FWD Customer Care Program & Customer Communications.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
In charge FWD Customer Care Program, included but not limited:
Collaborate & support internal and external departments to run care activities/programs or customer analysis data/report.
Collaborate across departments to handle voice of customers/issues.
Design & implement care activities/campaigns/programs to improve customer experience/ engagement.
Develop & monitor service providers/gift suppliers to ensure branding/guideline/rules of company.
Implement communication activities (engagement/ notice or announcement) from other sections/departments
Initiate content, implement or monitor vendor/IT through communication processes.
Cooperate, support or guide other sections/ departments to implement communication.
Contribute to develop/UAT system/ automatic processes to improve communication/customer experience.
Other ad- hoc tasks as assigned.

University graduate in relevant disciplines, preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, Insurance, Marketing
Communication
At least 5- 7 years of experience in customer relationship management (prefer to whom has been working in life insurance company).
Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
Strongly skillful in communications, presentations and negotiations.
Technical skills
Be strong in using/handling with Microsoft offices, especially Excel & Power Point.
Knowledgeable in computer software and skilled in computer system usage.
Management skills
Able to deliver works under tight deadlines and heavy pressures.
Highly committed, well organized, pro- active, innovative, honest, integrity, thorough, persevere and diligent.
Others:
Mindset of customer services/ customer experience.
Number- oriented
Experience in Life insurance domain is preferred.
