Operations Management
Conduct opening and closing checks in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain a welcoming, elegant, and professional atmosphere throughout the Lobby Lounge.
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Lobby & Lounge.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Ensure service quality, cleanliness, food safety, and overall presentation consistently meet hotel standards.
Team Management
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Assist in training, coaching, and developing employees to enhance service performance.
Assign duties and supervise team members to ensure smooth operations.
Support performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Revenue and Cost Control
Control inventory levels, operating supplies, equipment, and departmental assets.
Prepare and submit operational, revenue, and cost reports as required.
Assist in monitoring departmental revenue, operating expenses, and loss prevention.
Track sales performance and recommend initiatives to increase revenue.
Guest Relations
Recognize and provide personalized service to VIP and repeat guests.
Promote hotel products, services, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
Ensure guest feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Adhere to hotel policies, operating procedures, and brand standards.
Support internal audits, inspections, and quality assurance programs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational health and safety, and fire prevention regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, particularly Lobby Lounge services, Afternoon Tea, beverages, and guest service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel/restaurant management systems (POS)
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a 4- star or 5- star hotel/resort environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Diploma or Bachelor&039;s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem- solving abilities.
