Guest Experience & Operations
Assist in handling guest complaints and service recovery professionally and efficiently.
Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores to identify improvement.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with Pullman and Accor brand standards.
Handle VIP arrivals, long- stay guests, loyalty members, and special guest requests.
Conduct daily lobby presence and guest interaction to maintain high visibility and service engagement.
Welcome and engage with guests, especially Korean- speaking guests, to ensure a personalized and memorable stay experience.
Korean Guest Relations
Build strong relationships with Korean corporate accounts, travel agents, and repeat guests when applicable.
Act as the primary point of contact for Korean guests during their stay.
Support translation and communication between guests and hotel departments when required.
Understand Korean guest preferences, culture, and service expectations to deliver tailored hospitality experiences.
Loyalty & Brand Engagement
Support hotel campaigns, guest activities, and brand experience initiatives
Ensure recognition and benefits are properly delivered to ALL members and VIP guests.
Promote and support Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program enrollment and member engagement.
Yêu cầu công việc
Kỹ năng chăm sóc khách hàng và giao tiếp tốt.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Hospitality operations.
Professional appearance and service mindset.
Fluent in Korean and English.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Thành thạo tiếng Hàn và tiếng Anh.
Hospitality experience is preferred.
Tác phong chuyên nghiệp và định hướng dịch vụ.
Tối thiểu 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Front Office, Guest Relations hoặc Hospitality.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành khách sạn.
