Supervisor: Food & Beverage Manager
Objective of the position:
Management of the employees in the F&B area
Implementation of the standards of the ROBINSON Food & Beverage (F&B) concept
Supporting the supervisor in ensuring budget compliance
Representation of the supervisor in their absence
Scope of duties and responsibilities:
Responsibility for the realisation of service, technical and standard trainings
Obligation to report changes requiring authorisation to the specialist department
Assistance with stocktaking in collaboration with F&B Controlling
Coordination of the daily schedule of interns & hostesses
ROBINSON small items standards and reporting requirements to the supervisor
Organizing F&B meetings in the absence of the supervisor
Integration into the overall team through cooperation and collaboration with other departments
Liaising with other departments to plan joint activities
Sharing responsibility for the economic efficiency of a high- quality offer
Supporting the supervisor in budget monitoring and implementing measures in the event of budget overruns
Ensuring HACCP standards and documentation
Carrying out daily operational briefings in coordination with the supervisor
Implementation of reporting standards, hygiene & safety standards, offer standards, recipe standards, material standards
Monitoring the stock of small items for production, service and decoration in line with
Development of sales- promoting measures
Bar presence during peak times
Shared responsibility for the full functionality, safety and optimum condition of all materials, equipment, machines and goods used in the F&B area
Implementation of the ROBINSON F&B standards and the guidelines in the manual in all F&B areas
Checking the current & correct communication of F&B offers to the guest (printed materials, house channel, notices, cards, flyers)
Responding to guests&039; needs
Checking product quality and quantity, as well as service processes during service hours
Knowledge and implementation of the entire F&B offer within the framework of ROBINSON standards and tenders
Restaurant presence during buffet times
Monitoring and daily control of the purchase of goods and materials for his departments
Carrying out ROBINlife host tasks, e.g.:
Participating in the arrival and departure service for guests
Carrying out cookery activities
Involvement in the evening show and evening programme
Yêu cầu công việc
Professional, responsible, service- oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Experience in team supervision, staff training, inventory control, and cost management.
Good leadership, communication, organizational, and problem- solving skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in hotels or resorts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and F&B management systems.
