Execute System Analyst role in projects and enhancements request.
Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, focus on specific domain, such as PDM, Workflow SharePoint, VPB Sharefiles, e- Invoice, e- Statement, e- Office, Collateral Management and Reporting/ Advanced Analytics, etc…
Consult and train business and users, Investigate production issues.
Manage the change from beginning to implementation.
Document needs in clear, consistent, easy to read, complete BRD/SRS
Understand Architecture of data and analyze the capability of bank systems, such as, Core Banking, Card Management System, Digital Banking Platform, etc…as well as data of source system.
Consult, support end- users at level 3 and suggest new optimized business processes required to fulfill business requirements, that use maximum out of application capabilities.

A bachelor&039;s degree in information systems, business administration/ Banking and Finance, or equivalent work is required
Negotiation skills
Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good teamwork attitude.
Being able to understand and catch- up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
Strong experience in writing a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processes (complete, structured and easy to Head of Data & Analytics Domain System Analysis N/A N/A N/A read)- Known in the database MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle; can use SQL/ PLSQL
Able to explain to business and get business buy- in why it&039;s more efficient to adapt business process to fit best practice or application capabilities then customize the application.
Responsible, Proactive and Ethical about secure Banking Data
Has organizational skills sufficient to ensure that business requests delivered to IT will be completed with good quality, on time, and with planned efforts.
Analytical and problem- solving skills.
Experience in a particular banking data for at least 5 years
Can communicate in English (mandatory)
