Airport Representative

Assist guests with luggage handling, airport procedures, directions, and special requests.
Provide professional, friendly, and personalized service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Liaise with driver, airport personnel, and hotel departments to ensure seamless guest movements.
Welcome and assist guests at the airport, ensuring a smooth arrival, departure, and transfer experience.
Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, transfer schedules, and guest requests.
Coordinate airport transportation arrangements and monitor flight schedules for timely updates.

Basic in Microsoft Office.
1+ year of experience in the relevant roles.
Good English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of airport operations, airline procedures, transportation coordination, and guest service standards.
Relevant education certifications.
Preferred competencies: Connection, Guest centricity, Drive, Adaptability
