Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with practical experience in Agentic AI projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, along with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions that exhibit autonomous decision- making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize and fine- tune AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members in AI best practices and methodologies.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems, including architecture, algorithms, and processes.
Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI systems that can operate autonomously and make decisions based on real- time data.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI- driven solutions.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Agentic AI projects.
Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment of AI solutions in cloud environments.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
