We are looking for some developers to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so many technology challenges. As a developer, you will join a growing Data & AI team with mature collaboration across Data Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Engineering functions to build products to enable an excellent experience
What you will do:
As an AI Engineer, you will work on real production AI systems, focusing on applied deep learning and GenAI solutions:
- Fine- tune, adapt, and improve existing machine learning and deep learning models for business use cases
- Develop and deploy AI models into production environments with a focus on stability, performance, and scalability.
- Work on AI products including:
+ LLM / GenAI solutions (RAG, fine- tuning, prompt engineering)
+ OCR and document understanding
+ NLP tasks: search, text classification, information extraction
+ Computer Vision applications
+ Chatbots and conversational AI
- Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions (depending on capability).
- Build and maintain ML pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring systems (MLOps) at a level appropriate to your experience.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on data pipelines; participate in data quality evaluation and feature analysis.
- Participate in research and experimentation to evaluate new models, frameworks, or approaches.
