We are planning to develop the following three components:
An expert AI that analyzes data to enable the front- end AI to provide appropriate responses (if one already exists, we will simply integrate it).
A background AI that processes and organizes data into a format easy for the front- end AI to analyze, and registers it in the database.
A conversational Generative AI that interacts with users.
Requirements:
Version control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Technical foundation: 1- 3 years experience with Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
AI knowledge: Practical understanding of machine learning concepts, neural networks, and model training pipelines
Data skills: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines
Continuous learning mindset: Enthusiasm for staying current with AI research and implementing new techniques
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with vector databases and embedding techniques
Problem- solving aptitude: Ability to approach complex problems methodically and develop creative solutions
Experience with LLMs, RAG architecture, or fine- tuning foundation models
Strong English skills: Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate within the team
Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with building RESTful APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases
Background in computer vision, natural language processing, or generative AI
