As a Senior Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for shaping content directions, crafting platform- native stories, and turning cultural signals into scroll- stopping content.

_Roles & Responsibilities_
Content Ideation & Strategy:
Develop strong creative concepts, content pillars, and storytelling angles tailored to each platform and brand tone.
Proactively propose fresh social content ideas for always- on and campaign- based activities, grounded in audience behavior, platform logic, and brand objectives.
Collaborate closely with Strategic Planning and Creative teams to translate insights into clear, actionable social content directions.
Social Media Content:
Create original, platform- native social content across formats (posts, captions, short- form videos, scripts, series ideas, etc.).
Ensure content is optimized for each platform’s best practices, tone of voice, and user behavior.
Work closely with Creative teams to ensure content ideas are executed with the right creative intent.
Oversee content calendars and publishing schedules to ensure consistency, relevance, and brand coherence.
Use analytics and insights to inform future content planning and improve engagement rates.
Social Performance & Optimization:
Track content performance using analytics and social insights.
Deliver, track and report social media performance on Paid – Owned – Earned & Social Out- reach channels to evaluate the performance of brands on social media and suggest solutions to improve the campaigns.
Identify what works (and what doesn’t) and apply learnings to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
Trend & Culture & Community Awareness:
Stay ahead of social trends, memes, pop culture references, and digital behaviors.
Identify opportunities to adapt, localize, or remix trends in a way that feels authentic to the brand.
Go beyond trend- following by spotting opportunities to spark conversations or create distinctive social moments for brands.
And other scopes as assigned by Line Manager.

You understand social media as your daily life and have knowledge of how content performs differently on each, and measuring performance on social media and digital.
You always know the trends on social media and know how to apply them to best suit each brand.
Proven ability to think in formats, series, and social storytelling — not just single posts.
You always understand that behind client’s feedback, there is always a reason, and we always have a way to make the best content.
At least 3+ years of experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Social Media management (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,...).
Strong grasp of Vietnamese vocabulary and excellent writing skills with a clear sense of tone, voice, and cultural nuance.
Comfortable working fast, juggling multiple content streams, and adapting to change.
Must be effective at multitasking, time management, presentation skills, and strategic and innovative thinking.
Embrace hard work and challenges, able to handle pressure well.
