Accounting Manager – Viet Huong Industrial Park

Provide analysis and insights to management on financial performance.
Review and approve accounting entries and month- end/year- end closing.
Prepare and oversee financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Review reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments for accuracy and completeness.
Lead and manage GL, AP, AR, and fixed asset accounting functions.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records in the ERP system.

Review and approve VAT, CIT, and other statutory reports.
Ensure compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and readiness for audits and inspections.
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and consultants.

Provide financial guidance to other departments for business decisions.
Oversee AR collections and AP payment processes.
Monitor and manage cash flow and banking activities.
Support inventory accounting, costing, and operational finance matters.

Establish, maintain, and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
Lead, coach, and supervise the accounting team to ensure performance and compliance.
Support the Finance Manager/Senior Financial Controller in strategic and ad- hoc projects.

Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining compliance and operational effectiveness.
Oversee annual FLC budget planning and utilization.
Manage departmental budget and monitor finance- related costs.

High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of Vietnam accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
Experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, and team management.
Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with managerial or supervisory responsibility (manufacturing experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ERP system experience (D365, SAP preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem- solving skills.
