RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with ailiates to ensure their ROI aligns with agreed parameters while fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.
Monitor the competitor space and adjust strategies accordingly
Identify target customers and Business opportunities.
Serve as a first point of contact for all ailiates.
Build reports using internal data, optimizing overall ailiate channel performance
Assist in developing the overall Paid Media & Ailiate strategy.
Growing the ailiate network by identifying new potential publishers and actively onboarding them, including, ailiates, influencers, paid media, etc.
Provide publishers and partners with all necessary information, tools, and support to eectively promote all brands.

REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
Have good communication, negotiation skills.
Good English (or Chinese).
Graduated with a major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing...
Ability to analyze and evaluate the market.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of communications, advertising, marketing.
GOOD TO HAVE
Proficient in using Microsoft Oice and related software.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
