Account Manager (Activation)

Overview:
- Plan, present and manage projects
- Manage project liquidation process and time (Internal and External)
- Coordinate with the Planning team and Design team to develop and ensure the content in the proposal
- Manage and handle payment issues and payment delays
- Receive needs, respond and provide necessary information to customers
- Handle and fix customer problems
Project management:
- Ensure the project is completed smoothly and be ready to resolve problems that may occur.- Understand customer complaints to cooperate with internal team to resolve problems effectively & thoroughly
- Prepare budget and monitor project budget, coordinate project activities
- Approve items before starting the project
- Make recommendations to enhance project success
- Manage project implementation from start to finish according to project requirements, goals and KPIs
Team management:
- Train and support the team to provide the best service and processes to customers
Workload management:
- Provide weekly project status reports to BOD and AD
- Ensure all projects in the team are operated quickly, on time and on budget
- Monitor workflow across the entire Account team to ensure projects run efficiently
Supplier management:
- Inform suppliers about project requirements and ensure management of projects allocated to them
- Identify and screen to find suitable suppliers. Also negotiate terms and service level agreements.

- Graduating with a major in Marketing, Advertising,... and having aesthetic thinking is a plus
- Communicate well
- Use English fluently, write proposals in English
- Proactive and responsible at work
- Flexible, hard- working, diligent
- Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position
- Flexible thinking, ability to persuade and communicate
- Can withstand work pressure
- Honest, hardworking, persistent
- Good at microsoft office and work management skills
