Understand client demands and solution consult
Schedule and prepare for meetings
Manage the day- to- day relationship and communication with clients

Project Management

Assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget
Project planning and tasks scheduling
Progress monitoring and reporting
Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordinating with various parties: Content, Production, Technical, suppliers,... to deliver the campaign meet client’s objectives
Direct, measure, and report progress towards project goals
Debrief effectively to internal team members

Paperwork (5%)

Review commercial contracts and progress monthly payments

Must have:

Organizing and time management
Basic marketing knowledge
Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking, analytical and listening skills
Able to communicate in English
Able to work independently, self- learning and work under pressure
University/College graduate (Freshers are welcomed)
Detail- oriented, proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and result- oriented

A plus if:

Experienced in ecommerce, agency, branding
Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
