Account Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare reports for the client and internal team
Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables
Administrative tasks under the direction of the Manager: set up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc.
Work with other internal departments such as Strategic Planning/ Digital Planning/ Ecom Planning to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Assist Account team in smooth & on- time project development and execution
Support in writing proposal development, and work with internal teams to produce the best outputs
Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third- party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
Support the Account team to manage project scope and timelines, implement any necessary processes and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Background:
Be able to work on- site, full time for at least 4- 6 months
Fresh graduate/ the final year student
Skills
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
Detail- oriented, well organized, and responsible
Good skill in using the MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Teamwork
Be able to multitask in a fast- paced environment
Proactive, detail- oriented
Logical thinking and problem- solving
Personality/ Attitude
Digital savvy with a good understanding of Digital Marketing
Self- starter
Learning attitude
Passionate in Marketing & Advertising industry
