JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Pitching / Pre- production Phase:
Attend client meetings to gather and clarify project requirements, objectives, and budget.
Collaborate with internal departments (Creative, Design, Production) to develop tailored production solutions and recommend suitable materials.
Research suppliers and production houses to obtain accurate quotations.
Prepare detailed proposals including mock- ups, production ideas, and cost breakdowns.
Present proposals to clients, handle feedback, and revise accordingly.
Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and internal follow- ups.
Execution / Production Phase:
Create master timelines and task checklists; coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
Oversee the entire production process at workshops/suppliers to ensure quality, timeline, and specifications are met.
Supervise sampling and prototyping; align final materials with client expectations.
Act as the communication bridge between the client and internal/external teams
Be on- site (if required) to monitor setup and execution, solving any real- time issues.
Track actual expenses and manage any scope changes within budget constraints.
Post- production Phase:
Summarize final costs and coordinate invoicing with the finance team
Prepare and deliver post- project reports to internal teams and clients.
Collect client feedback to evaluate project performance and improve future work
Maintain long- term relationships with clients and seek opportunities for upselling.
Support and guide Junior Account Executives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: College or Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Comm & PR or related field
Experience: At least 1- 2 years of experience in the same position in event/activation agencies
Skills & Knowledge:
Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative, and insightful
Good communication and writing skills, especially in writing proposals
Good time management, well- organizing skills, budget management
Professional appearance and personality
Good English communication & presentation skills
Ready to work for long hours and even OT, under tight deadlines and must be able to handle pressure well.

Working hour: Monday- Friday, 9AM- 6PM
