As our Product Delivery Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our product features are delivered to market smoothly, efficiently, and with impact.

While not a hands- on coding role, you’ll need a strong grasp of software development cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and the ability to navigate fast- paced, high- growth SaaS environments.

WHAT YOUR MAIN FOCUS WILL BE:

Drive continuous improvement of internal delivery processes, tools, and visibility metrics
Keep global stakeholders (especially in the UK) informed and engaged through clear, timely updates
Align Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure on- time, high- quality delivery
Help close the feedback loop between Product, Development, Support, and Commercial teams
Build and drive delivery plans, track progress, and resolve blockers swiftly
Own cross- team coordination, ensuring clarity, accountability, and seamless collaboration
Lead the end- to- end delivery lifecycle of product features, releases, and roadmaps
Ensure full release readiness including documentation, handovers, and retrospectives

WHAT YOU BRING:

Deep understanding of SaaS product cycles, Agile methodology, and roadmap management
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
8+ years&039; experience in product delivery, product operations, or SaaS project management
Organized, analytical, proactive — able to zoom in on detail and zoom out to strategy
Strong command of delivery tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Confluence)
Proven ability to manage software delivery across distributed/global teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills (especially with UK- based teams)

Nice- to- have:

Worked with UK- based customers, teams, or leadership
Involvement in UAT, go- to- market strategy, or client onboarding
Exposure to AI- powered or data- rich product environments
Experience in delivering B2B SaaS or field service platforms
