People are very friendly. Most of the people I met at the company are young, energetic, and friendly. Some managers are very nice and open.
Khuyết điểm
Some projects are managed by hard managers that do not have a sense of humor.
A lot people just go to the office and work for a few hours. They are not so diligent.
However, not many people are very obsessive with quality, just more then 10% are really good.
