- Bad work life balance. It's normal to stay late in the office.
- Work hard and play hard: I don't like this because I have to spend too much time for the company and colleagues. I have family and friends and my personal hobbies. If I don't join I might be isolated.
- Lacking of seats, everybody have too sit adjacent from each other, environment is very noisy and distracted
- Limited parking slot in the basement, you have to park your vehicle outdoor
- Many policies, very complex processes that can decrease your productivity
