ZEPETO Product Inspection Manager

SNOW Vietnam Corp – a member of Naver Corporation – is seeking a manager for product inspection activities for our Metaverse Platform – ZEPETO. An ideal candidate is a sincere person, good at teamwork, and has an insightful sense.

ZEPETO is a global metaverse platform that has surpassed 300 million cumulative registered users worldwide and is in service in 200 countries including Korea, the United States, China, and Japan.

Responsibilities:

Write and manage documents such as workflows, guidelines, SOPs, scenarios, cases, checklists, etc...
Create a system and manage the team
Support to reproduce arising bugs and re- check as required
Participate in platform development, product analysis, and inspection phases
Read and understand documents and coordinate with teams to understand coworking requirements
Inspect items submitted by creators following platform guidelines
Implement the product testing and do reports

Required Qualifications:

Familiar with the Agile process and testing process
Experienced in Functional testing & UI, UX for Web application, Mobile application (iOS and Android), API testing, using SQL query to support testing
Being able to write good Test cases and Bug reports
Know how to use testing tools related to workflow and test management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, TestRail, ClickUp, etc.)
Understand the necessary steps of the test process, test principles, test types, test levels, test methodologies
Experienced from 2+ years in the Game Entertainment industry
Dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
Graduated from college, university majoring in IT preferred
