Yarn Spinning Production Development Industrialization Quality Specialist

PURPOSE:
Delivering high- quality yarns at competitive industrial prices for end customers.
Driving innovation and development of yarn in Vietnam to meet Decathlon’s global needs.
Engaging Decathlon partners & alliance on sustainable development practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development & Industrialization:
- Prepare and do negotiation with my supplier to get reasonable prices in all my catalogs twice a year.
- Follow all new Yarn Developments and monitor performance in my supplier.
- Monitor the industrialization in my supplier to optimize their production process.
Quality:
- Encourage and accompany my supplier to enhance the supplier&039;s Quality system by quality control plan, Quality Audit, LAB Audit,....
- Monitor Quality performance and data quality in my supplier.
- Monitor and accompany my supplier to improve Human Responsible in Production & Environment management system.
