The Role
We are looking for someone who doesn’t just write, but weaves magic with words. You will be the narrative backbone of our projects, shifting seamlessly between the strategic world of advertising (Big Ideas, Taglines) and the emotional world of cinematic storytelling (Documentaries, Short Films).

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Copywriting & Ideation
Social Mastery: Write witty, engaging, and on- brand social media captions that drive engagement across various platforms.
The Big Picture: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop Big Ideas and Key Messages for integrated campaigns.
Short & Punchy: Craft compelling taglines, headlines, and slogans that stick in the audience&039;s mind.
Scriptwriting & Storytelling
Cinematic Scripts: Write high- quality scripts for diverse formats, including Documentaries, Short Films, and TVCs/Commercials.
Adaptability: Switch tones effortlessly, from the gravitas of a documentary to the punchiness of a 30- second ads.
Narrative Flow: Structure stories that have clear pacing, emotional arcs, and strong character development.
Research & Insight
Deep Dive: Conduct thorough research to understand the Target Audience (TA). You must be able to dig deep to find the "human truth" or insight that unlocks the creative concept.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of cultural trends to keep our content relevant and fresh.
What We Are Looking For
A "Word Player": You love playing with words, puns, metaphors, and rhymes. You understand the rhythm of a sentence and the power of a single word.
Experience: Proven experience as a Copywriter, Scriptwriter, or Content Writer in an Agency, Production House, or Media Publisher.
Language: Excellent command of Vietnamese (for nuance) and English (for professional execution).
The Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work: long- form scripts (docs/films), short- form copy (ads/taglines), and social content.
A Content Omnivore: You read books, watch movies, binge Netflix series, and scroll through TikTok. You consume a vast variety of content and understand different storytelling structures.
Strategic Mindset: You don&039;t just write "what sounds good"; you write what solves the client&039;s problem and hits the strategic objective.
