Web3 Information Technology Manager (IT Manager)

Planning and developing IT strategy:

Budgeting and managing IT resources
Determine IT vision and goals for the company
Develop IT strategy in accordance with the company&039;s business goals and orientation

IT operations management:

Build and ensure network security and database security
Monitor and manage the company&039;s IT systems and networks
Provide IT support services to employees
Handle system vulnerabilities, information leaks or attacks

Deploying and applying new technology:

Deploy and apply new technologies into activities consistent with the company&039;s needs
Train employees to use new technologies
Research and evaluate new technologies such as AI, VA, Biometrics, P2P,...

Cooperate with other departments:

Helps companies improve competitiveness through effective use of IT
Participate in the development of new products and services
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure IT effectively supports business and other organizational activities

Experience:

Experience in building a database security system, ensuring the safety and security of the internal information system from being violated
Experience in managing an IT team
Experienced in implementing large IT projects
Experience in handling vulnerable systems, information leaks or attacks
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the IT field
Including at least 3 years of experience in the IT field of blockchain, web3 or crypto organizations

Knowledge:

Have knowledge about the latest IT trends
Have knowledge of network security and data security
Have in- depth knowledge of IT systems and networks
Have knowledge about blockchain, web3, crypto

Skill:

Good leadership and management skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good problem solving and decision making skills.
Good teamwork skills.

Certificate:

Having relevant IT certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CISSP is an advantage
