Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Washing Technician/Washing Manager to lead our washing operations. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of denim washing and finishing processes to meet our clients&039; specifications and quality standards for both bulk and developments.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Manage the entire washing and finishing processes for denim garments, focusing on quality outcomes for both bulk production and development samples.
- Oversee all daily operations of the denim washing facility to ensure efficiency and adherence to pre- set production schedulesDevelop and maintain comprehensive Position Descriptions for entire organization.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on washed garments to ensure the final product meets the required standards of color, texture, and durability.
- Implement and monitor quality control standards to meet client specifications and industry best practices.
Process Development:
- Develop innovative washing techniques and explore new finishing methods to improve product quality and distinguish our offerings in the market.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in fabric washing and apply this knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and product innovation.
Team Leadership:
- Organize training sessions to enhance team skills in new washing techniques and safety protocols.
- Lead and motivate a team of quality staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Client Collaboration:
- Work directly with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations for both bulk orders and prototype developments.
- Adjust washing processes based on client feedback to ensure the final product aligns with their vision and requirements.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all washing and finishing operations comply with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a safe workplace environment and ensure all team members follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Document all washing protocols and process improvements for consistency and training purposes.
- Prepare reports on production status, quality control measures, and other relevant operational metrics for senior management.
Sustainability Initiatives:
- Promote and implement sustainable practices in washing processes to minimize environmental impact.
- Explore eco- friendly chemicals and technologies that can be incorporated into the washing cycle

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem- solving environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of different denim washing and finishing techniques.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role within the textile or denim industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
