Washing Merchandising Coordinator (Dong Nai - HCM)

Main Role: Washing Coordinator is responsible to follow the washing/dyeing process from development to bulk. Collect all information, track the plan of all the orders, selecting suppliers with the best price and quality guaranteed by customers

Sourcing/Development

For development need to choose the correct supplier and check price and lead time first (max 3 days) and test with 2 suppliers at least.
Need to insure we worked with the best suppliers for our customer request and always source more supplier
On development stage if see any risk for bulk need to inform Sales, Merchandiser with all details and information.
When develop anything need to be sure can duplicate for bulk

Washing Planning

When merchandiser send bulk or sample PO need to share immediately with supplier and work with factory for the planning
Cooperate with Merchandising and factory management to plan wash, dye and official order form, arrange shipment schedule to wash, dye schedule as required.
Combined with office factory to monitor the order&039;s return date, problems arising when there is a process of washing, dyeing

Ensure quality sample

Monitoring the quality of suppliers after each order to maintain cooperation and work for the following orders, advising merchandiser when there is a problem to handle from the supplier.
Need to be sure supplier quality is consistent and they follow our standard and request
When there is issue need to work closely with the supplier and production team in UA
Check and compare the production orders with the approved samples.

Manage Supplier

Collaborate with sourcing team to find qualified suppliers, low price, satisfactory product quality.
Create and update supplier’s database properly

Knowledge: Ability to set up the Dye, washing process internally/ externally
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree related to garments, dyeing technology…
Experience: Experiences 1- 2 years in garment industry, especially Wash, dyeing, is an advantage
Can work outside, at Suppliers Factory
