Warehouse Supervisor

Ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and issuance of yarn materials in compliance with internal procedures and FOB manufacturing requirements.* Warehouse OperationsSupervise daily operations of the yarn warehouse including receiving, storing, picking, and issuing yarn to production.Maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and ensure no expired/damaged materials are used.* Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure material availability.Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile physical vs. system data.* Team ManagementSupervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and discipline.Ensure all operations comply with safety and 5S standards.* Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with production, QA, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations.Generate regular reports on stock status, material movement, and warehouse performance.* BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and performance.Full benefits according to Vietnamese labor law (social insurance, health insurance, annual leave, etc.).Professional and international working environment.Career growth and training opportunities.

College degree or above in logistics, supply chain, or related fieldsAt least 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory roleExperience managing yarn warehouse in FOB garment/textile factories is requiredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsFamiliar with WMS or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Good at English (both verbal & written)Working in factory warehouse environment with shift work if required.
