Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Plan shipments based on product availability and requests from sales team.
Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and request place orders as needed.
Schedule shifts for warehouse staff.
Ensure the quality of the shipment (quality of bikes, related documents, quality of bike delivery vendors).
Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.

Develop initiatives to optimize logistics cost.
Build logistics processes to manage order status effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
Build delivery vendor database.
Responsible for input, storage and output material and finished goods.
Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.

Experience in working with ERP, Odoo.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
Hi- tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
Highly detail- oriented.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Personal laptop is preferred
Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast- paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
At least 2 years of experience with level Supervisor or Manager in the warehouse field, logistics experience is a plus.
Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
