Warehouse Lead

- Maintain and control warehouse operational activities, including staffing, KPIs, coordinate with other Departments to ensure operation.- Formulate and implement Warehouse management strategies aligned with organizational goals in short time and long time per period.- Ensure procedure and processes are up to date and executed accordingly.- Control inventory stock level by conducting cycle physical counts, reconcile with SAP system.- Responsible for input, storage and output materials, organizing warehouse, label goods, location …- Planning and monitoring inbound and outbound ensure the quality and quantity of the goods in and out.- Maintain physical condition of warehouse, plans and implements the layout when it is needed.- Build warehouse processes to manage goods arriving status effectively to ensure the process smoothly.- Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.- Ensuring all tasks have to be done on time, right parts/materials and correct quantity.- Provide coaching and disciplining to staffs, planing, monitoring, and appraising job results.- Develop initiatives to optimize logistics cost.- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and request place orders to SC as needed.- Ensure inventory accuracy and issuing the monthly report to Senior Manufacturing manager and Finance team and get full responsibility to explain to top management team if any incorrect report data.

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.- Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.- At least 5 years of experience with level Lead or Supervisor in warehouse field, automotive industry experience is a plus.- Experience in working with SAP, Jira.- Highly detail- oriented.- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.- Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast- paced- environment; ability to manage changing priorities.- Hi- tech, consumer goods is a plus.- Good English oral and writing ability.
