Warehouse Data System Specialist / Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Data System Specialist/ Supervisor is responsible for managing and optimizing data systems that support warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate data flow between warehouse systems, ERP, K2, PMMS and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Data System Specialist is also responsible for making the warehouse monthly report and controlling warehouse management system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Warehouse people management and effective communication with partners
• Monitor and analyze warehouse data related to inventory, transactions, and system performance.
• Ensure data is entered into the system accurately and on time to facilitate management reporting.
• Working with warehouse operation to identify opportunities for process optimization
• Responsible for making Warehouse KPIs reporting to the manager on a monthly.
• Responsible for amending, adding and updating the warehouse management procedure on the system
• Responsible for planning and executing the daily internal audit inventory and reviewing the warehouse process and procedure.
• Completed other duties as assigned.
• Maintain and support warehouse data systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support warehouse productivity and KPIs.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Accountant, Supply chain or related field.
Experience
3 years’ experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.
Knowledge
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and warehouse management system.
Strong skills in data management, reporting, and database tools (Power BI, Excel, .Power Query)
Functional Skills
Good written communication in both English and Vietnamese, Chinese will be preferred.
Leadership and organizational skills.
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across functional teams.
