Waiter/ Waitress (Nhân viên vục vụ nhà hàng)

SCOPE OF WORKS
To ensure a professionally run F&B service operation and maintaining high standards in all outlets, ensure customers, satisfaction is guaranteed and minimizes operating cost without compromise on the quality of service and maximizing profit through suggestive upselling.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Check the dishes before serving the guests.
• Upselling food, drinks, whiskey, cigar ... ..
• Understand food, whiskey, cigar and outlet promotions.
• Record order information from guest, reconfirm with guest the exact name of food- drinks, quantity, special requirements ...
• Making wine opener, pouring wine, filling wine and water, adding sauce, recording additional order ...
• Transfer order to cashier, kitchen, bar.
• Counseling and introducing customers to dishes, drinks, promotion, set menu, cigar …….
• Serve customers with food and drink.
• Ready to assist guests in handling problems arising during meals: guests spilled drinks, broken dishes, glasses ...
• Remember the names and habits (foods, drinks, special requests) of vip guests or patrons to show appreciation and make them happy.
• Receive guests from Hostess / Guest relation.
• Follow the right process and service style of the restaurant.
• Serve the right table, the right dishes, the right quantity and the right order.
• Make payment for customers in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Clean up the dining table, set up a new table to prepare to serve the next guest .
• Take orders from guests .
• Willing to respond to the legitimate requests of customers and enthusiastically respond to customers&039; inquiries with a warm, amiable and considerate attitude to guests.

Proficiency in English
Experience in FB position In a 4/5 stars Hotel/resort is a plus.
