Guest Service
- Answer guest questions regarding the menu and make recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest requests are met
- Ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience
Restaurant Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures
- Assist with table setting and resetting
Communication
- Provide accurate and timely information to the kitchen regarding orders
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Experience in a fast- paced restaurant environment is preferred, but not essential
- Strong customer service and problem- solving skills
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Fluent in English
