Waiter/ Waitress/Nhân Viên Phục Vụ

Assist in setting up the dining area for service, including folding napkins, polishing glassware, and ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for use.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and delegating as necessary.
Assist guests with menu selections, making recommendations based on their preferences.
Upsell products and services to guests with guidance, when necessary.
Provide exceptional service to guests, adhering to fine dining service standards.
Perform Host functions when required, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and seating arrangements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings, glassware, and silverware.
Maintain basic knowledge of wine varieties, characteristics, and simple food pairings.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, adapting to new situations and challenges.
Ensure a keen attention to detail in all aspects of the guest experience.
Collaborate with other FOH staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in one or more foreign languages.
High level of attention to detail.
1+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining.
Basic understanding of wine varieties, characteristics, and simple food pairings.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to new situations and challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work in a team environment.
