Mô tả công việc

Design and Implementation of Visual Strategies:
• Objective: Create an inviting and visually appealing online storefront that aligns with the brand&039;s identity.
• Tasks:
• Develop visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s identity, marketing goals, and target audience preferences.
• Designing banner images, selecting color schemes, and arranging products in a way that guides the customer journey. Ensuring the storefront is updated regularly to reflect promotions, seasonal changes, or new product launches.
Product Selection and Display:
• Objective: Strategically showcase products to maximize visibility and sales.
• Tasks:
• Implementing dynamic product recommendations to personalize the shopping experience.
• Choosing which products to highlight on the homepage or in specific sections based on sales data, stock levels, and marketing priorities.
Promotion Strategy:
• Objective: Utilize visual elements to support and enhance promotional campaigns.
• Tasks:
• Designing and deploying visual assets that highlight discounts, special offers, or exclusive products.
• Coordinating the visual theme of the promotion across the shop page, email marketing, and social media channels.
Brand and Shop Identity through Visual Design:
• Objective: Ensure that every visual element communicates the brand&039;s values and aesthetic.
• Tasks:
• Developing a consistent visual language (including logo usage, typography, and imagery) that&039;s applied across all online and offline marketing materials. Crafting unique and memorable visual experiences that differentiate the brand from competitors.
Collaboration and Livestreaming with KOLs:
• Objective: Leverage the influence of KOLs to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Tasks:
• Identifying and partnering with KOLs whose followers align with the brand&039;s target audience. Coordinating with KOLs to ensure that the visual presentation of products during livestreams is engaging and on- brand. Providing KOLs with visual assets and guidelines for promoting products.
Training on Product Knowledge:
• Objective: Equip KOLs and internal team members with the necessary product knowledge to effectively promote and sell.
• Tasks:
• Developing training materials that include not just product details but also key visual selling points. Organizing training sessions that cover how to present products visually in a way that resonates with the target audience.
Optimization of Product Listings:
• Apply A/B testing to different visual arrangements and elements to determine the most effective setups for engagement and conversion.
Analysis and Reporting:
• Use insights from data to make informed decisions and adjustments to visual presentations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as click- through rates, conversion rates, and time spent on page, to gauge the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Educational Background:
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• A strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
• Visual Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create engaging visuals.
E- commerce Expertise:
• Experience in optimizing product listings and shop pages for both aesthetics and functionality.
• Familiarity with e- commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada, including their specific requirements for shop design and product presentation.
Marketing and Promotional Knowledge:
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and how to apply them in an e- commerce context.
• Ability to develop and implement promotional strategies that are visually compelling and aligned with the brand’s objectives.
Brand Development:
• Experience in building or maintaining a brand identity through visual design.
• Ability to ensure consistency of the brand’s visual language across all customer touchpoints.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with KOLs, designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in briefing and working with external partners, such as KOLs and design agencies.
Analytical Skills:
• Ability to analyze performance data (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates) to inform visual merchandising decisions.
• Competence in using analytics tools to track the effectiveness of visual strategies.
Project Management:
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Training and Development:
• Experience in creating and delivering training materials related to product knowledge and brand standards.
• Ability to educate and inspire team members and KOLs about the brand and its products.
Personal Attributes:
• Adaptability: Being open to feedback and able to adjust strategies based on performance data and changing market trends.
• Creativity and Innovation: Constantly seeking new ideas and inspiration to keep the visual presentation fresh and engaging.
