Visual Merchandiser

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Concept Design

Update planograms for all stores and formats based on Merchandising plan.
Prepare the planogram, category organization and visual elements
In charge of VM design (Artwork, layout concept...)
Create merchandising function and implement a structure to maintain consistent visual standards at stores.
Identify and realize VM opportunities for all stores and monthly VM plan.

Physical VM:

Manage suppliers&039; relationship and VM budget
Support new store display VMD
Control Window Display Standards
Lead the production of visual merchandising displays based on launches needs in all POS, manage the production quality and delivery to stores.
Provide training to store personnel on VM techniques and standards.
Effectively liaise with GM (General Manager) whenever necessary to enhance the standard display
Responsible for the work out on display point and layout

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:

University degree in related field

Experience:

Experience from 2 years in similar fields. Experience working in retails chain is an advantage.
Be able to design and produce POSM.
Familiar with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel,...)
Catch up current display trends and quickly apply for stores.

Skills:

English: good (work directly with foreign Manager)
Ability to observe good displays and aesthetics in the store.
Problem- solving skill, communication skill, negotiation skill
Creative and logical thinking, have good sense of decoration.
