Visual Merchandise Executive - Crocs

Suppliers’ relationship and managing VM budget
Identify and realize visual merchandise opportunities for all stores and provide timely and strategic direction.
Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting execution challenges from the store team
Support VM Manager in preparing new locations as well as maintaining old locations
Provide training for new staff as well as reinforce guidelines/standards for store team regularly
Working closely with Merchandising team and marketing team to ensure the right product at the right location at the right time
Ensure consistent application of global brand guidelines and visual standards.
Control in- store visuals and standards to ensure that brand guidelines are followed but are adaptive to different situations.
Interfacing with Merchandising, Operations & Marketing departments
Analyze and control the budget to maximize the budget through appropriate allocation.
Other tasks assigned.
Efficient undertaking of monthly VM related administration procedures such as budgeting, prop sourcing and VM store visit report
Planned and managed multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality requirements were met.
Liaise with the international brand team to adapt and implement global VM guidelines efficiently.

Relevant experience within a retail sector in operations and / or merchandising
More than 5 years of relevant working experience in Retail / FMCG
Qualification:
A college/university degree or higher, preferably in Design, Architecture or Marketing
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Good track record and solid experience in building successful brands
Positive, result- oriented and will power to strike for excellence
Project management
Good sense of initiative and responsibility
High level of accountability
Passionate and strong ownership
Analytical and with strong strategic thinking and problem- solving skills
Well- presented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese/ or merchandising
Flexibility to adapt for changes in timely manner
Willingness to travel
