Job Responsibilities
• Handling C/I and C/O, escort the guest to the room and accommodate special requests.
• Use suggestive selling technique to sell room and activities in or out of the resort.
• Aware and take care flight tickets of the guest.
• Understand all guest activities details to inform to the guest.
• Charging of guest activities.
• Understand room status; know villa location, types, Villa availability and villa rate.
• Handling billing of the guest upon departure time.
• Guest information distributor in Legacy Mekong Can Tho, Autograph Collection.
General Operational Duties
• To always maintain effective internal and external communication and make sure to handle all calls in a very courteous manner.
• To always keep office area clean & tidy.
• Handling guest complaint and follow up or refer to the appropriate person.
• Understanding of all hotel facilities and operation times of spa & restaurant, culinary and housekeeping
• To always be punctual and arrive at work as scheduled.
• Ensure all equipment at the front desk is in order for operation.
• To be aware of emergency procedures and always able to take proper action.
• To ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
• To assume other duties as assigned by Room Division Manager.
• To ensure good teamwork amongst staff in the department.
• To maintain high degree of morale within department.
• To always work closely with other Front Office Associate and Front Office Manager relating to guest services.
• To attend meeting, briefing and training as assigned by department head.
• Coordinate guest special request with the appropriate department.
• Understand telephone courtesy.
• Develop a strong knowledge of resort facilities in or outside of the surrounding town.
• To maintain high standard of personal grooming and hygiene.
